Are your Pokémon booster boxes and cases 100% official and factory sealed?
We only sell 100% official factory-sealed booster boxes and full cases (no single cards). All products are sourced from authorized distributors, completely unopened, unmodified, and authentic for collection, opening, and resale.
Do you sell repackaged, refurbished or mixed boxes/cases?
No repackaged, refurbished or altered products. All sealed items remain in their original factory condition with intact seals and original packaging codes.
Are your cards authentic and official?
All products are 100% official and authentic Pokémon TCG products sourced from authorized distributors. No replicas, proxies or counterfeits.
Do you sell reprints or altered cards?
No altered, trimmed or repaired cards. Print versions are clearly labeled.
Stock Pre Orders and Restocks
Is the listed stock available, and how quickly do you ship?
In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Pre-order items ship on the estimated release date.
Will out-of-stock items be restocked?
Common sets will be restocked based on supply. Vintage, limited and rare products are usually final stock.
Packaging and Shipping Protection
How do you protect sealed boxes and cases during shipping?
All booster boxes and full cases are packed with extra-thick cartons, corner protectors and premium bubble wrap. We protect the original packaging condition and take care to avoid shipping damage. High-value orders receive reinforced protection by default.
International Shipping Delivery and Customs
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and available delivery methods are calculated automatically at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery to the United States and Europe usually takes 7-15 business days. Other regions usually take 10-25 business days. Delivery times may vary because of customs clearance and local carrier conditions.
Will I be charged customs duties or VAT?
Customs duties, VAT or clearance fees may apply depending on local regulations. We declare parcel contents and value accurately to reduce the risk of customs delays or seizure.
Orders and Payments
I did not receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. Confirmation emails may be delayed by up to 48 hours during peak periods. Contact us if you still have not received it, and we will resend your order confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, PayPal and other secure global payment methods available at checkout.
Can I combine orders to save on shipping?
We can combine eligible orders placed by the same customer within 24 hours and refund any excess shipping charge. Please contact us before the orders are dispatched.
Order Cancellations Returns and Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
Unshipped orders can be canceled free of charge. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled. Pre-order items cannot be canceled for personal preference unless otherwise stated.
What is your return and refund policy?
Returns are accepted only for incorrect items, damaged goods or products that differ materially from the description. Personal preference or a change of mind is not eligible. Complete unboxing video and photo evidence must be provided within 7 days of delivery.

What is your return policy for sealed boxes and cases?
Sealed collectible products cannot be returned for personal reasons. Returns are available only for incorrect items, factory damage, severe shipping damage or a material difference from the description. Complete unboxing video and photo evidence must be provided within 7 days of delivery.
How can I verify PSA or BGS graded cards?
All PSA and BGS graded cards can be verified through the official grading company's website using the certification number or QR code.

Do you sell full booster boxes and factory-sealed cases?
We provide factory-sealed booster boxes and complete original cases across Pokémon TCG series. Products are unopened and are not repackaged, making them suitable for collection, resale and opening.
Are your cases original and factory sealed?
All sealed cases are original factory stock with intact factory seals and packaging codes. No boxes are replaced or repackaged. Products are authentic and traceable.
Do you offer discounts for box or case orders? Is wholesale pricing available?
We offer discounts for full booster box and case orders. Larger quantities may qualify for better pricing. Custom wholesale quotes are available for long-term and bulk buyers.
How do you protect booster boxes and cases during shipping?
Box and case orders are packed with extra-thick cartons, corner protectors and bubble wrap. We take care to prevent crushing, dents and corner damage and to preserve the original packaging condition.
How quickly do sealed boxes and cases ship? Can I pre-order?
In-stock sealed boxes and cases ship within 1-2 business days. Pre-orders are available for upcoming releases and selected rare products so customers can reserve stock in advance.
Are pull rates guaranteed for factory-sealed cases?
All factory-sealed products follow official Pokémon TCG random pull rates. We do not sort, search or select boxes. Specific cards or rarity levels are not guaranteed.

Are cards from your sealed products legal for official tournaments?
All cards are official Pokémon TCG products. Tournament legality depends on the event format, language rules, set rotation and the organizer's current regulations. Please confirm eligibility with the event organizer before entering a tournament.
